Where we ship

Sablon ships worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. 

We would rather say this plainly than surprise you: our pieces are made and shipped from overseas, so this is not next-day delivery. If you need something for a particular date, order with room to spare.

Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. 

Customs and duties

Prices at checkout do not include import duties or taxes charged by your own country. If your customs authority applies a charge, it is payable by you as the recipient. Most orders at this value pass without one, but we cannot guarantee it and we cannot refund duties you have paid.

If your order does not arrive

If tracking has not shown delivery 35 days after dispatch, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.

Wrong or damaged on arrival

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost. You will not be asked to send the original back.

Incorrect addresses

We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. After dispatch we cannot reroute a parcel, and a package returned to sender for a bad address can be reshipped once at no charge.
