Shipping policy
The short version
Free shipping worldwide, on every order. Orders ship within 48 hours and arrive in about 1–2 weeks.
Where we ship
Sablon ships worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There is no minimum spend.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: orders ship within 48 hours of being placed.
- Delivery: most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks after dispatch. Canada and the United States usually take 6–11 days.
Our pieces ship from our overseas warehouse, so this is not next-day delivery. Delivery times are estimates, and customs checks or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. If you need something for a particular date, order with room to spare.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices at checkout do not include import duties or taxes charged by your own country. If your customs authority applies a charge, it is payable by you as the recipient. Many orders at this value pass without one, but we can't guarantee it, and we can't refund duties or taxes you have paid.
If your order does not arrive
If tracking hasn't shown delivery 35 days after dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You don't need to chase the carrier yourself.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email help@sablonco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, at no cost. You won't be asked to send the original back.
Returns
Free returns within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. See our refund policy for details.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address given at checkout. If it's wrong, tell us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we can't reroute it. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once at no charge.
