Refund policy
The short version
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we'll put it right at no cost.
Returns
Changed your mind, or the length isn't right? You can return any order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Pieces should be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Trying them on is fine.
- Email help@sablonco.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll send return instructions.
- Return shipping is free. There is no restocking fee and no cost to you.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once your return is approved we issue the refund straight away; your bank or card issuer usually takes 5–10 business days to show it.
Shipping costs and duties
Shipping is free worldwide, so there is no shipping charge to refund. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are set and collected by your customs authority, so we can't refund them.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email help@sablonco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, at no cost. You won't be asked to send the original back.
Order not arrived
If tracking hasn't shown delivery 35 days after dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. See our shipping policy for details.
If you are in the EU or the UK
Your statutory rights still apply, including the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day free returns are in addition to those rights.
